Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days. During a new collection launch the lead time may be slightly longer.

Our orders are sent plastic free in fully recyclable packaging and without a printed invoice. If you do require a printed invoice, please get in touch.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.

Please allow an extra 2-3 weeks for delivery of personalised items.

EU/International

All orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service and will require a signature upon receipt. Once dispatched, this service should take between 3-5 days for the EU and 5-7 days for International orders. Please note, we are not responsible for any additional customs fees/duties/taxes which may occur upon delivery of your order. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

We hope that you will love our products as much as we do, but if you do wish to return an item please carefully read our returns policy below.

All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for refund or exchange.
Items must be returned in perfect condition with tags in tact.
Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty as these are made to order.
You must cover the postage cost to return the item, we highly recommend using a trackable service for this as we will unfortunately be unable to refund any item which doesn't reach us without proof of postage.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
For faulty items, please email us and we will provide a postage label.
